News Papers and how they are layed out

Here are three newspapers that I have kept to keep as a reference. As you can see they are set out differently.
For example the first and third newspaper covers have both got the main image over lapping the 'The News' title, whereas the second newspaper has the image located left of the paper, leaving space for a bold headline. 
The second one also has an advertisement above the headline just underneath the title of the newspaper unlike the other two. 
All three have advertisements on the right and at the very bottom of the page. Also on the right hand side of the page they all have a small cutting of what is inside the paper. These are all things that I need to consider and include in the front page of the newspaper that I will be creating.
